Redraw of scrollbar fails

 Description

The scrollbar area fail to redraw upon resizing or after overlaid windows are removed

This is how it looks like after reducing the window size, The canvas protrudes into the slider area.

Hiere you see artifacts from windows that have been removed or moved to the background

Confirmed, it is related with the theme "Windows Classic" (even the high contrast themes)
