Wrong temperature conversion formulas - The conversion of units from C to K and F to R are wrong - Messages

* The formula for converting Celsius degrees to Kelvin should be K = C + 273, instead it seems to be programmed as K = C-273
* Also, the formula for converting Fahrenheit degrees to Rankine should be R = F + 460, instead it seems to be programmed as R = F - 460
* Also, the formula for converting Fahrenheit degrees to Rankine should be R = F + 460, instead it seems to be programmed as R = F - 460

I'm unable to reproduce, please provide an example where it doesn't works as expected.
