it plots ONLY numeric, either: '1*x' or 'x+0'

On your graph, is the red diagonal line a "fly-back"? There was a "fix" for that in Mathcad that involved how to set up your graph. If it is, let me know and I will look for my notes on how to fix it.

Same bug that was detected 5346.
Was doctored, but weird ! Maybe Smath Designers
you should consider publishing a list of known
bugs. Mathematica 4.0 did it, they had some
explanation about unsolved bugs.

How about using the bug tracking system (Bugs button above)? If you post your bug reports there, it is much easier for the developers to keep track of them.
