I have searched the forums, and found a similar question, but no updates from 14 years ago.

Is it possible to change the output to non-scientific notation?

Sometimes I want to display a whole number like 100000.

Yes, you can right-click on a result and change the number of digit after exponential notation is automatically adopted .
There is also a global setting under "Edit", it will affect every calculation in a specific file (unless otherwise defined with above mentioned right click feature)

For admins: this new copy and paste forum feature for screenshot is nice, but I am not aware if the pasted image can be resized.
